The Global Programs Manager collaborates closely with Marketing, Business Development, Partners, Sales, and Enterprise Systems teams to execute Programs.

This role sits in the Marketing organization with a strong focus on improving efficiencies, productivity and return on investments across all sales and marketing programs.

With a focus on programs and process excellence, this individual contributor role requires a deep knowledge of indirect routes-to-market, diverse partner ecosystems and disciplined sales cadence.

Responsibilities :

  • Support sales needs, diagnosing issues, uncovering opportunities, testing and deploying innovative best-in-class sales programs
  • Create and execute multiple sales programs with cross functional teams globally
  • Engaged frequently with executive sponsors for updates, escalations and change management
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute to territory planning and will partner with business leaders across the company to support a sales force composed of more than 100 sellers across several global segments
  • Drive a culture of continuous innovation and globally consistent standards
  • Provide actionable insights to guide the GTM teams
  • Create and present ideas and findings in a clear and concise manner to leaders and executives
  • Analyze sales performance and health of the business to create programs addressing pipeline gaps and productivity gaps and standardize processes
  • Leverage reports and data to gain quantitative insights into a business challenge
  • Manage projects with the ability to engage in the right actions and cross-functional teams to drive successful goal attainment and consistently produce strong results despite day-to-day challenges
  • Operationalize the program from start to finish, which includes managing the execution across multiple cross-functional teams, delivery, follow-up, and managing-up engagement metrics post-program launch
  • Change management based on program performance and Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or extensive relevant experience in security, IT or SaaS sales
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in program development, marketing and / or sales operations
  • Experience designing (or influencing the design of) program roadmaps, aligned to business outcomes and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to draw practical insights from data sets and input from key stakeholders
  • Experience with SaaS sales, consultative / solutions sales, IT and / or cyber security
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm in a professional manner
  • Present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and other business tools

The total compensation package for this full-time position includes a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions.
