More specifics :
- Pay rate is determined based on demonstrated experience.
- Properly load items onto the delivery truck.
- Safely control the functioning of a large box truck (through neighborhoods, downtown, businesses and residences, etc.)
- Transport product from New York to Chicago, New York to DC and similar regional routes.
- Provide outstanding, avid customer service and have amazing communication skills.
- Keep a clean and safe truck.
- Have the ability to lift frequently and safely (team lift)-moving unique pieces of design furniture in / out of our warehouse, homes, stores and corporate offices.
- Be computer savvy- required to operate a tablet / scanner / smartphone.
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed.
- CDL preferred. Non-CDL welcome to apply as well
Straight truck driving experience : Mandatory-2 years preferred)
- Pass a pre-employment MVR
- Delivery days are Monday through Friday
- Safe travel and arrival bonus available.
Overtime opportunities are available.
