Position : Maintenance II

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Without assistance, perform basic preventative maintenance on industrial electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic machines / equipment
• Move heavy machine parts with the aid of hoists or rollers
• Participates within in Total Quality Management projects to achieve improvements
• Troubleshoot basic electrical problems (480V 3 phase) on a variety of machinery.
• May start specialisms (mechanics, electrician, forklift mechanics, etc.).
• Performs related paperwork
• Effectively interpret schematics and diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problems for products.
• Maintains clean work area
• Communication with plant and company management regarding scheduling and repair status.
• Inspects and checks work prior to turning machinery back to users, assuring that all safety factors have been attended to in compliance with applicable safety regulations.
• Participates in maintenance projects to achieve improvements.
• Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor.
• May work different shift or overtime

This is a full time opportunity. 5 days a week. 8+ hours per day

The ideal candidate will have :

Schedule :   Monday thru Thursday 5 : 00AM to 3 : 30PM and Friday and Saturday 5 : 00AM to 1 : 30PM

Pay Rate : $20.25 to $26.96 per hour
