About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New Grads are welcome.
SNF Experience preferred. License : State license verification required Certifications : COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) Must-Have : Resume- License verification- Three references- County criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal criminal background check (7 years or more)- Multi-state criminal search (7 years or more)- Nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG search- GSA search- Social security number trace- 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray- SAM search Job Description : Ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.
- New Grads are welcome; however, SNF experience is preferred.- Conduct a COVID test 72 hours before the start date, with results available 48 hours before the start date.
