Responsibilities

• Testing and integrating new technology into our family of USV products throughout the lifecycle of the program.
• Leading a team of 2-4 test engineers, including allocation and monitoring of daily tasking and overall responsibility for daily testing operations related to the program.
• Executing test engineering tasks, including requirements analysis, design review support, test planning, readiness reviews, integration, verification, test / failure review board management, risk management, and engineering analysis.
• Preparing and presenting test engineering work products, including test plans, procedures, and reports to internal review teams and external customers.
• Working cross-functionally with project management, project engineering, and engineering functional leaders to provide project planning for test activities, resource allocation requests, test metrics tracking, and test status.
• Serving as a resource to others within the department and the organization.
• Interacting daily with US Navy customers, program managers, planners, and technicians.
• Driving tasks to completion independently.

Compensation & Equal Opportunity

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. The pay range for this position is $107,500 - $163,500 per year, and is a general guide only. Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations.
