We are looking for a Case Manager for a growing Case Management Company. This is a full-time opportunity which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload with still the ability to bonus.

Type Of Work
- Evaluate injured workers
- Develop care plans
- Coordinate medical care between patients, providers, therapist
- Serve as a liaison between employer, insurance carriers, and injured workers
Requirements
- CCM , CRRN , COHN , COHN-S , or CDMS required
- Prior Field experience is required
- Workers comp experience is a huge plus but willing to train
