MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA) is looking for a Document Examiner I to support the U.S. Postal Service's Pricing and Classification Service Center (PCSC) in New York City. What You'll Do :

  • Review and process USPS applications for nonprofit and periodical mailing programs
  • Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with postal program guidelines
  • Create clear reports explaining approvals or denials
  • Collaborate with supervisors on complex or unclear cases
  • Keep detailed, organized notes in customer files
  • Support the team with general office and administrative tasks

    • What You Bring :

  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, navigating websites, and managing email correspondence
  • Ability to follow detailed government or corporate guidelines
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Past experience handling administrative, document review, or customer service tasks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

    • Work Environment & Requirements :

  • Business dress required while on-site
  • Panel interviews conducted via Zoom - must have a reliable internet connection and a working computer with webcam, mic, and speakers
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must pass a detailed background investigation to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance
