This role represents the company to established accounts handling sales, project management duties, installation and support.

- Generates and follows up on sales leads. Presents product to customer and guides through the buying process. Finalizes contracts with customer.
- Facilitates installation; coordinates with on-site stakeholders, communicates and identify installation parameters / requirements, coordinates pre-install work and completes final on-site installation.
- Transitions system to the customer upon install completion.
- Serves as the customer resource for active accounts, troubleshoots as needed and provides on-site services when needed.
- Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of CQuence, its operating companies and its customers are maintained.
- Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request : immunization records, drug screening, background check, training record.
- Required to remain drug free and abide by the Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must work effectively with varying levels of individuals in healthcare organizations.
- Willing and able to work independently in an unstructured and minimally supervised environment.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, practice good judgment, and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.
- Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously, changing course easily, and juggling many organizational needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A team player, cooperative collaborative.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required. Four-year college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years in a customer service role.
- Previous software or IT solutions sales preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare field preferred.
