Job description :
- Youll be based out of our Shakopee, MN. service center and can expect to work in the field with local travel daily in your company vehicle
- Youll have an opportunity to work overtime and weekends, and there is a potential for travel
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, Chillers, HVAC equipment and / or oil free air compressors
- Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairs
- You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites
Required profile :
High School diploma / GED4+ years of experience working on diesel power / natural gas generators and / or commercial HVAC equipment, chillers, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairsExperience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and / or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematicsBased on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical cardValid drivers licenseAbility to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.Company description :
