About the Role :

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to children and teens (ages 0–18) in Grand Junction, CO . You’ll help children reach important developmental milestones and improve functional independence in a familiar home environment.

Compensation & Scheduling :

  • Competitive Pay : $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
  • Start of Care Visits : Up to $120 per SOC
  • Part-Time Caseload : 10–20 visits per week
  • Estimated Annual Earnings : $36,400 – $88,400

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and other functional needs
  • Educate and support families for consistent home program carryover
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with home health standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care

    • Requirements

  • A master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • NBCOT Certification
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
  • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
