JobDescription :
- TheContent Platform team is looking for a Software DevelopmentEngineer. who will act as first level support and development forall incoming production software application issues dealing withmerchandising applications
- Yoursolutions will impact our customers directly!
- Primaryresponsibilities include developing monitoring solutionstroubleshooting / debugging and implementing the fix for internallydeveloped code (Perl C / C JAVA) performing SQL queries improving oursystems that gather metrics on our features updating tracking andresolving technical challenges.
- Responsibilitiesalso include working alongside development on client Corporate andDivisional Software projects updating / enhancing our currentsoftware automation of support processes and documentation of oursystems.
JobQualifications :
- Theideal candidate is interested in a career in software developmentand is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gainexposure to a wide variety of software applications.
- Theymust be detail oriented have superior verbal and writtencommunication skills strong organizational skills are able to workindependently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.
Preferredcoding skills :
PerlC / C and / or Java. Other desired technical skills include Mason PerlCGI Oracle SQL HTML UNIX / LINUX.
A Computer Science orequivalent technical degree and 25 years of relevant experience isrequired.
