POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Installer will manage / own the production, refurbishment, installation and removal of Mobile equipment withing their region.
Responsible for completing daily assigned activities in support of the production schedule. Responsible for maintaining all production records in accordance with established Pro-Vigil procedures.
Assists the production manager in verifying quality control activities and up-to-date work instructions for various production activities.
Responsible for providing support to Field Services when needed. Acts as a knowledge consultant contact point for technical operations materials and activities.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Manually assemble any unit from refurbished parts - may sometimes include troubleshooting, battery testing, configurations, cleaning, and painting.
- Perform routine installation, maintenance (closing tickets), repair, and preventive maintenance on Pro-Vigil security systems.
- Perform quality inspections for functionality and visual appearance on all units assembled
- Pre-Test Units prior to installation.
- Remove units upon completion of a job.
- Travel to customer sites to provide on-site service and repairs while providing the Best in Class Customer Service for which Pro-Vigil is known.
- Provide exceptional customer service along with quality performance.
- Properly record all required information on data devices and / or work orders.
- Operate Company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Clean, maintain, stock, and secure assigned vehicle and equipment, in accordance with company policies.
- Perform on-call duties and responsibilities as required of all field service technicians.
- Establish and maintain positive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Update every ticket within SLA.
- Complete inventory counts weekly / monthly.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education :
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience :
- Minimum 3 years prior experience working in a comparable role in a similar industry is required.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting tools and power equipment required.
- Experience installing CCTV equipment including fixed cameras, PTZ cameras, network and BNC cabling, and alarm equipment (Desired but not required).
- A sound troubleshooting thought process, high attention to detail, and a customer-focused mentality.
- A self-starter who is career minded and motivated to advance within the organization
Computer Skills :
- Ability to use Pro-Vigil computer and software such as Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and G-Suite, required.
- Knowledge of NetSuite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and camera viewing platforms preferred
Other Requirements :
- No travel restrictions.
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass an MVR, annually
- Successfully completed IPVM - Camera Course certification within first nine months of employment
