Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule : Provide coverage as needed, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
- Job Setting : Outpatient clinic, 20-25 patients per day
- Type of Cases : DOT and pre-employment physicals, on the job injuries, outpatient procedures
- Credentialing : 1 week
Minimum Requirements for Consideration
- Board Certified, Certifications : DOT, BLS
- Licensure : Active Indiana license is required
