We have an amazing opportunity for you in Union City, CA! As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll be joining a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about supporting students in achieving their fullest potential.
This is an on-site position, and the school is eager to welcome someone who is ready to jump in and make a difference.
In this Behavior Technician or RBT role, you'll be working 32.5 hours per week, providing 1 : 1 support to an elementary-aged student.
Youll be responsible for delivering top-notch services and will be the key player in helping this student succeed. As a Behavior Technician or RBT, youll engage in various general duties specific to this role, and your work will have a lasting impact.
If you have preferences about assignment locations, please make them known during the presentation, and we'll make sure to take those into account.
This Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician position is scheduled to start ASAP and will go through May 22, 2025.
The school is only seeking in-person candidates, and if youre ready to bring your expertise to the table, this is your chance! If you're presented as a Behavior Technician or RBT, significant prior experience is required to receive pay between $22 to $30 per hour.
If you're presented as a Paraprofessional, pay will range from $15 to $23 per hour.
Qualifications :
- Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Must pass fingerprints and a drug screen.
- CPI Training highly preferred.
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred.

Interview Process :
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter.
- 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district.
- Offer typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
