Our client, a medical device and healthcare company, is looking for a Payroll Associate I for their St. Paul, MN location. Requirements include :

Strong payroll tax processing experience

Previous work with state agencies

Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and third-party authorizations

Multi-state tax experience

Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)

Clear and effective communication both written and verbal

Attention to detail

High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
