Qualifications
- Familiarity & experience with traditional Customer Relationship Management platforms.
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and / or development experience with Salesforce platform.
- A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication.
- A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experiences quickly.
- Strong team player with energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation to produce high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.
- Impact analyses for the technology and BU / FG roadmaps (Driver).
- Prioritization of technology solution requirements agreed with key stakeholders, including identification of associated trade-offs (Driver).
- Technology prototyping, testing and data conversion strategies.
- Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) appropriate for project teams and business leaders, when communicating any of the above.
- BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- A thought leader who partners & works across major boundaries (organizations, business processes, systems, programs) to assess best ways to apply and leverage technology and processes to solve business requirements and optimize for Intuit.
- Determines innovative ways to leverage out of the box system functionality and minimize customization as much as possible.
Synthesizes issues, risks, proposals and gaps and makes recommendations, then drives and influences in partnership with the business process owner, technology decisions to be made by the sr. leadership team.
- Identify and propose solutions to organizational gaps to improve ability to effectively achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for multiple systems or data domains.
- Partners with relevant business process owners to drive strategy for requirements for a major BU / FG or an enterprise-wide core process' requirements relative to the systems or data domains.
- Ensures solution aligns with the strategy and business objectives. Primary responsibilities include :
- Synthesizing and prioritizing requirements and assessing the impact of initiatives on the enterprise.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $158,000-214,000, Southern California $137,000-185,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
