Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Operating Room RN, you will :

• Provide direct patient care across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics, in the OR.
• Address the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care related to the surgical and Pain Center environment.
• Communicate continuously with surgeons and anesthesiologists about patient conditions.
• Assist in maintaining surgical equipment and managing pain management inventory.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care.
• Ensure the operating room is ready and equipped for each procedure.
• Monitor, position, and assist patients during surgical procedures.
