This opportunity is for a registered nurse with expertise in telemetry to provide care for patients on a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit specializing in short stays and observation. • Contract position for 13 weeks\n
• Shift hours : 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to both medical-surgical and telemetry patients on a short-stay / observation unit\n
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1 : 6 or 1 : 7, ensuring safe and effective care\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Adhere to hospital protocols and standards, including holiday and floating policies during low census periods\n\nQualifications And Experience\n
• Current RN license with telemetry unit experience required\n
• Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support)\n
• Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)\n
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required\n
