Position Summary The Inventory Specialist is responsible for compliant receipt and transfer of cannabis product in their assigned vault and ensures the Retail storefront is stocked for sale.

Supports sales and service as needed by assisting customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities & Duties Provides friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate customer service.Educates customers on the brand, product options, and regulatory compliance.

Processes transactions accurately and efficiently using a computerized system.Authorizes and monitors facility access for employees, customers, and visitors by checking IDs, providing escorts, and completing and retaining applicable records while maintaining the customer experience.

Performs order fulfillment and restocking as needed.Receive and track all incoming inventory.Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile inventory records.

Execute inventory control procedures and comply with all state and local regulations related to cannabis inventory management.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that there is always a sufficient supply of products to meet demand.

Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to management.Compile and submit inventory reports to the leadership.

Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday work.Maintains compliance with Company SOPs and state regulations.

Ensures the work area is kept in clean and safe condition.Actively contributes to maintaining a safe work environment by following applicable safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE, and reporting injuries, near misses, and hazards to management.

Behaves in a manner that is positive, productive, cooperative, and encourages teamwork.Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills Must meet the cannabis regulatory requirements by state.

High school diploma or GED required.

At least 1 year of inventory related experience required.

Basic data entry and data reconciliation experience preferred.

Basic math skills including adding and subtraction required.

Proficiency with Excel preferred.

Must have reliable transportation.

Competencies Physical Requirements : Ability to stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs occasionally Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist Visual acuity needed for viewing computer screens and fine print Manual dexterity needed for performing data entry Workplace Environment : Busy retail environment with moderate noise level.

Indoor / outdoor environment with exposure to seasonal temperature changes.

High volume work during peak hours, events, and holidays.
