Responsibilitiesinclude :

  • ClientAcquisition andManagement :
  • Identifyand engage with potential clients in the ITsector.
  • Buildand maintain longterm client relationships understanding theirstaffing needs and providing tailoredsolutions.
  • Developand present compelling sales proposals to secure newbusiness.
  • MarketResearch andStrategy :
  • Conductmarket research to identify trends and opportunities in ITstaffing.
  • Createand execute strategic plans to expand market share and achievesalestargets.
  • CollaborationandCoordination :
  • Workclosely with the recruitment team to ensure the successfulplacement of ITprofessionals.
  • Coordinatewith the client s Sales Director and leadership to align salesstrategies with overall businessgoals.
  • SalesProcessManagement :
  • Managethe entire sales cycle from lead generation to closingdeals.
  • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRMtools.
  • Monitorand report on sales performance adjusting strategies asneeded.

Requirements

Qualifications :

EducationandExperience :

  • Bachelorsdegree or Associates Degree with three (3) years of professionalexperience OR four (4) years of professionalexperience.
  • Atleast one (1) year of sales experience in B2B staffing preferablyIT or other technical areas.
  • Astrong understanding of IT in the Pharma / Healthcare orAutomation / Engineering / Validation domains ishelpful.
  • Strong written verbal andnegotiation skills.
  • A strong senseof urgency exceptional presentation skills and a high level ofprofessionalism and integrity areessential.
  • Resilience in overcomingchallenges and a collaborative approach to achievinggoals.
  • A strong willingness andability to learn arerequired.

Skills andCompetencies :

  • Proventrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitiveenvironment.
  • Strongunderstanding of IT roles and the staffingindustry.
  • Excellentcommunication negotiation and presentationskills.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team with a strong focus onachievingresults.
  • Proficiencyin CRMtools.
