CULINARY MISSION

Through coordination with the nutritionists & coaches we will balance deliciousness and functionality to manifest a best-in-class sports nutrition experience.

We prepare from scratch new menus daily as elite athletes require functional cuisine targeted at fueling the body for success.

Our goal to create delicious, and seasonal, food to nourish the body and minds of the RAIDERS & ACES families.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Sous Chef to join our team at Honest Hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of essential tasks critical to the success of our daily operations.

The primary responsibility of the Executive Sous Chef is to supervise food production at the assigned outlet and / or HHT projects.

In collaboration with the Executive Chef and Corporate Chef, you will be tasked with maintaining the standards for sanitation, safety, preparation, and service for clients, guests, and support staff.

Additionally, you will manage budgeted food, labor, and supply costs, oversee inventory control, and report any deficiencies to the Executive Chef.

Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas is also essential. Most importantly, you will be dedicated to fostering the growth and development of our teams across Honest Hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a welcoming & professional kitchen at all times.
  • Supervising daily operations in the kitchen to guarantee compliance with company standards.
  • Prioritizing guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitating effective communication between the front of the house, kitchen, and The Raiders & ACES organization.
  • Ensure timing expectations are adapted to daily schedule and consistently executed.
  • Supervise food production at assigned outlet and / or HHT projects.
  • Maintain standards for sanitation, safety, preparation, and service for clients, guests, and support staff.
  • Manage budgeted food, labor, and supply costs.
  • Oversee inventory control and report deficiencies to Executive Chef.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
  • Foster growth and development of teams across Honest Hospitality.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in handling inventory and ordering processes.
  • Customer-centric approach and dedication to maintaining high service standards.
