INDNURSES

Responsibilities :

• Supportsorganizations mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of theirjob with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Assessesand evaluates the needs of patients with life threatening and lifelimiting illnesses and their families and develops an appropriate plan ofcare
• Identifiesteaching needs and plans appropriate strategies for individuals andfamilies
• Monitorsquality and appropriateness of services provided
• Collaborateswith patient and family, other members of the disciplinary team and otherhealth care providers in providing patient and family care
• Documentsall changes in patients condition and updates care plans and outcomes
• Adheresto agency infection control and safety policies
• Adheresto the organizations policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance

Qualifications :

• RNwith Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Certificationin Hospice Palliative Care Nurse and Critical Care and Critical Careskills preferred
• 1+year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse
• Excellentcommunication skills
• StrongComputer skills
• Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skills
• Working Conditions / Physical Demand : Working indoors / outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer;

car and valid NJ Drivers license
