Systems Engineer - ENG05 - Cleared On-Site

Volt is immediately hiring Senior Systems Engineer in Aurora, CO.

As Senior Systems Engineer you will :

• The candidate will support the development and maintenance of a complex and highly visible SIGINT subsystem.
• Perform system engineering analyses including trade studies, use case development, system and operational requirements, interface architecture and ConOps, and requirement / system validation.
• Support definition of operations concepts and procedure planning / development, interfacing with personnel from other organizations.
• Provide technical direction and clarification of requirements to software teams and test personnel.
• Attend technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the maintenance of his / her project.
• Define external and internal interfaces.
• Provide document review and resolves technical systems engineering and integration issues.
• Support ECP efforts as required.
• Provide support in a software development systems engineering role using Agile methodology.
• Interacting with customers and end-users.
• Providing and briefing status to program management and customers.

This is a 12 Month full time Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

Clearance Required : Active TS / SCI

Required Experience :

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with generating DoDAF architecture views with Cameo.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps development.

Preferred Experience :

• Experience with systems engineering principles and activities on a large government software development contract.
• Experience being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teams.
• Experience in SIGINT and / or Digital communications.
• Experience in the RF domain.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administration.

Pay Rate : $87.00 - $95.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
