Job Description
Responsible for planning and managing activities within the assigned digital roadmaps. This includes multiple Agile scrum teams that support their respective Digital Roadmaps and associated applications and technologies utilizing various computing architectures, (e.
g., client / server, intranet, web) or mainframe platforms.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills & Abilities
- 7-10 years of project management experience
- 7-10 years of experience working in Agile methodology / scrum framework
- 7-10 years of experience with data analysis and reporting
- 3-5 years of experience in a product ownership role or product management experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- 7-10 years of experience working in software development teams and strong understanding of principles and practices
- Experience in effectively managing remote and hybrid teams, promoting communication, collaboration, and coordination across geographically dispersed members
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to think creatively and strategically
- Adept at providing mentorship that drives individual growth and career progression
- Ability to effectively collaborate with line of business and IT partners to drive strategic objectives
- Ability to understand and track metrics for efficient product delivery
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel and work after hours when required
