A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Cook / Dishwasher :
Start your day with breathtaking mountain views and a sense of adventure. As a cook / dishwasher, you'll prepare and cook meals, assist with food prep, and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.
What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Cook / Dishwasher :
- Culinary skills and experience in food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
The Minimum Requirements to be Considered :
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Utah food handler's permit within 30 days of employment
What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job :
- Kitchen operations and food safety protocols
- Food preparation and cooking techniques
- Guest service excellence
- Safety and sanitation standards
Work Schedule & Location :
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access
