What does a Lead Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis do?
A Lead Mitigation Technician is reliable, hard-working and detail oriented. In this vital role, you will lead a team of mitigation technicians in helping homeowners and business owners recover from property damage caused by water, mold, fire and smoke.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to :
- Complete work in a safe manner, always keeping the job site clean at the end of the day
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all our clients in need
- Be consistent and compliant to the Paul Davis Way
- Document the process relying on technological skill and attention to detail

- Mitigate water / fire / smoke / mold affected residential and commercial properties
- Demonstrate leadership while working with your team in a safe and efficient manner
- Work with the Project Coordinator and Project Managers to accomplish tasks
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes

Qualifications and Requirements :
- A valid drivers license with a good driving record and reliable transportation to and from office
- Comfort and competence with modern technology
- Cell Phone to Download Time Sheet and Communication Applications
- Strong communication skills paired with exceptional customer service abilities
- IICRC WRT Certification (ASD, FSRT preferred)
- 1 2 years Restoration Industry Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays (rotating on-call schedule)
- Work Authorization : United States (required)
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements :
The physical environment requires you to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs and lifting up to 50 lbs.
