OVERVIEW OF ROLE

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for an Analyst, FP&A who is nimble, agile and able to distill & synthesize information from multiple sources (e.g. operations & finance). This role will report to the Manager, Finance & Corporate Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with accounting team to ensure timely completion of month-end close process
  • Preparation of practice analytics and performance overview slides
  • Integrate new practices on to Vitana finance platform : implement and optimize reporting routines
  • Conduct financial and operational analyses to evaluate practice performance, identify trends and support data-driven decision making for the leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership teams
  • Support Quality of Earnings / other diligence workstreams as needed

Requirements :

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 1+ years of accounting / finance experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present insights and engage with stakeholders
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite or Quickbooks is a plus, but not required

    • EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (accounting or finance)
