What You'll Do

  • Create the future of digital supply chain through innovative thought leadership, strategy development, and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver programs and related projects for supply chain organizations across industry sectors maturing in their digital competencies.
  • Support, guide, and manage initiatives related to digital supply chain capabilities and related process designs.
  • Partner with clients to innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
  • Use interviews, workshops, and identify insights from data to diagnose and solve the real problems impacting operating margin and deliver business value quickly.
  • Execute across disciplines - analytics, technology, process and operating model design - to create holistic solutions.
  • Work independently, as a team member, or as a mentor of other consultants and / or clients to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build client knowledge, credibility, and long-term trusting relationships quickly at all levels.
  • Collaborate with practice leadership to drive sales opportunity pursuits and practice development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and emerging trends in digital supply chain management.
  • Travel requirement : 30%

What You'll Bring

  • Digital Supply Chain competencies and capabilities delivered in organizations such as Control Tower, Digital Twin, Performance Management, and Cost to Serve.
  • 8+ years of experience in one or more of these areas : Supply Chain Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Logistics & Fulfillment, or Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, creativity, empathy and leadership.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel required; Tableau (or similar BI tool), SQL, Python or R a plus.
  • Experience with supply chain systems (TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, etc.), agile development, and change management are a plus.
  • Track record of building and delivering presentations that clearly and simply communicate complex ideas, quantitative insights and recommendations to senior executives.
  • BA / BS degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Ability to travel depending on your preference, client needs and safety.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000.

For this position at the Sr. Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
