Job Highlights

• Contribute to achieving store goals in retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
• Deliver exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming environment, personalizing interactions, and promoting products and services
• Handle customer service needs, including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online order assistance in a courteous manner
• Support retail success by executing daily tasks and ensuring product availability for purchase
• Complete operational processes on time, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures
