R&L Heating and Cooling, a residential heating and air conditioning company, has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative.

We are looking to fill a permanent role and hope to find a long-term candidate with the necessary experience.

Details : This is a full-time position in our Typical Office Hours are Mon. Fri., 8 : 00 am 5 : 00 pm, But may vary dependent on company needs or weather.

Occasional overtime may be necessary. Please do not apply if you do not meet the qualifications.

Essential Functions :

• Answer incoming calls (Excellent phone etiquette required)
• Outbound calls, stay close to customers and fill up job board
• Take and deliver messages as needed
• Entering / scheduling / dispatching of new and existing customer information in digital platform
• Issue purchase orders as necessary to techs and suppliers.
• Process daily cash, credit card and check payments.
• Print, scan, organize, file and email as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned or requested
• Warranty processing

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2 or more years of office experience
• Service Titan Platform knowledge a plus
• Ability to speak calmly and handle stressful situations
• Ability to work under time constraints and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and make decisions
• Must be able to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
• Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Professional and Self-motivated with a Positive Attitude
• HVAC industry knowledge a plus
