Our firm is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, marketing analysis and will enhance your leadership skills overall.
You will work closely with our sales managers and CEO and contribute to driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service, sales and brand awareness to the community on behalf of our clients, products, and services. Customer service is key!
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide training and guidance to new sales representatives as they onboard.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics, and generate necessary daily reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques to team members.
- Participate in sales education, meetings, contributing insights and ideas for growth.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales management.
- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
