The Hired Guns are seeking a highly dynamic, creative, and organized Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Marketing to weave together spectacular executions for a leading sales and marketing firm serving new high-end real estate developments throughout the New York City area.

Nitty Gritty

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be charged with overseeing the execution of all the elements that help sell and market best-in-class properties.

This includes project-managing the creation of all marketing materials, both online (websites, email marketing, social) and off (signage, brochures, stationery, floor plans).

You’ll source and select outside partners such as branding firms, PR firms, designers, and rendering artists, then maintain those relationships and manage their workflow and budgets.

Among the other balls you’ll keep in the air : running photo shoots at properties and planning events for brokers and prospective buyers and renters.

All the while, you’ll keep everything organized and make sure clients (the developers) and your management are 100% in the loop at all times.

You’ll put together presentation decks and update website content. You’ll report on buyer demographics to assist in targeting efforts, analyze and report on marketing campaign results, and always have your eyes open for ways to improve upon all processes.

You have a career or educational background related to real estate, hospitality, interior design, architecture, or luxury goods.

You’ve managed vendors and agencies and have gotten spectacular results out of them. You’ve got a flair for marketing materials with great visual impact.

At the same time, you’re highly numerate and analytical, able to compile data to tell a compelling story.

You thrive under pressure without ever losing your positive attitude. You’re highly energetic and detail-oriented, a consummate team player with excellent project management skills and a talent for leading and influencing people.

You are a dynamic speaker and a superb writer. You live for a job where no two days are ever the same. You have a near-clairvoyant ability to anticipate problems before they happen.
