Requirements
KeyResponsibilities :
- Provideexpert legal advice and representation to clients in family lawcases.
- Handleall aspects of family law cases from inception to resolutionincluding court appearances mediation andtrial.
- Draftreview and file legal documents such as pleadings motions andagreements.
- Conductthorough legal research and stay updated on changes in familylaw.
- Negotiatesettlements and work collaboratively with opposingcounsel.
- Maintainclear and consistent communication with clients providing updatesand answeringquestions.
- Managea caseload efficiently while ensuring attention to detail andaccuracy.
Qualifications :
- Mustbe a licensed attorney in the state of Texas in goodstanding.
- Minimumof 35 years of experience practicing familylaw.
- Strongknowledge of Texas family law statutes andprocedures.
- Excellentanalytical negotiation and communicationskills.
- Abilityto manage multiple cases and prioritiessimultaneously.
- Compassionateand empathetic approach to clientinteractions.
- Strongwork ethic with a commitment to providing highquality legalservices.
- Trialexperience is preferred but notrequired.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Provide expert legal advice andrepresentation to clients in family law cases. 2. Handle allaspects of family law cases from inception to resolution, includingcourt appearances, mediation, and trial.
3. Draft, review, and filelegal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. 4.Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes infamily law.
5. Negotiate settlements and work collaboratively withopposing counsel. 6. Maintain clear and consistent communicationwith clients, providing updates and answering questions.
Manage acaseload efficiently while ensuring attention to detail andaccuracy. Qualifications : 1. Associate's degree or paralegalcertificate from an accredited program is preferred.
2. Minimum of2 years of experience as a Executive Assistant or in a related rolewithin a law firm or legal environment. 3.
Proficiency in legalterminology, procedures, and software applications (e.g., MicrosoftOffice Suite, legal databases). 4.
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills. 5. Exceptional attention to detail andorganizational abilities. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize work,and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Familiarity withlegal research techniques and resources. 8. Commitment tomaintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethicalstandards.
