Sr Project Manager (Hybrid in Naperville, IL)

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a Sr Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Naperville, IL.

Responsibilities :

• Develop project plans with clear scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Create detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams. Mentor junior project managers and team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor issues and obstacles, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions
• Establish clear communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide regular status updates and manage expectations effectively
• Oversee financial aspects of the project and allocate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets, for optimal efficiency
• Set and maintain quality standards for project deliverables and ensure compliance with industry best practices
• Ensure the project's goals and outcomes support the organization's overall strategic objectives

Requirements :

Desired Skills and Experience

Sr. Project Managers Needed.

12+ Month Contract (tenure limit is 24 months).

Hybrid in Naperville, IL. (2 days per week).

Must be US Citizen

Looking to start asap.

40 Hours per week.

Seeking 2 senior level PM's to assist with a variety of Lending focused projects.

Experience Needed :

10+ years as a Project Manager.

Experience managing lending / loan related projects within a bank needed.

Managing million dollar budgets.

Managing SDLC / Application Development projects as a Project Manager.

Clarity and FIS experience are nice to have skills but not required.
