Job Details :

• Coverage : Ongoing
• Specialty : Occupational Medicine NP / PA
• the sole provider in an occupational medicine clinic, seeing work comp cases, injured workers from the community and managing their care
• A medical director is onsite once or twice a week as a level 2 provider overseeing cases who can support locum if scheduled the same dates as the locum.
• Schedule : 8-5 M-F, no weekends, no call
• Setting : Clinic No Trauma / Not Rated
• Positions Open : 1
• Required Procedures / Job Duties : Preferred level 1 work comp certification. See injured workers and manage their care and referrals;

Most patients scheduled, walk ins are possible. Similar to an urgent care environment, most patients are muscular skeletal injuries, lacerations, etc.

• EMR : Epic
• Support Staff : MA
• EMR Required Training : Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
• EMR Virtual training & Onsite training Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training is schedule before the providers first day.

Travel Preferences : Preferred Lodging : Preferred hotels; Air Travel : Local, drive in candidates is Highly preferred.

Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations.

Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.

• Credentialing Information : 30 days
• Credentialing with other facilities? No
• Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No
• Emergency Temp privs? Yes

Requirements :

• Active Unrestricted CO License Required
• ANCC / AANP or NCCPA Certified Required
• Active BLS - Required for credentialing
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date
• Clean Malpractice / Background - Required
