We are actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to contribute to our exciting event-based campaigns in the local region.

Position Overview
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant , you will play a vital role in our marketing and advertising department. This entry-level position includes a comprehensive training program covering marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.
Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department.
This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily development and execution of assigned event campaigns.
- Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts.

- Drive sales through engaging retail promotional event campaigns.

Requirements
- Ability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends for special events.
- Comfortable working independently on projects as well as collaboratively in team-based assignments.
- Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year for additional training.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving abilities.
- A 2- or 4-year college degree in a relevant field is preferred.
