IDR is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our top healthcare clients in Denver, CO. This is a remote, contract through the end of April with opportunity to extend or convert.

Position Overview For The Product Manager

  • Collaborate on user discovery strategies with engineering and UX.
  • Develop and communicate outcome-focused OKRs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless workflows aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct story mapping to break down work into epics and stories.

Required Skills For The Product Manager

  • Proven experience in a Product Management or similar role, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and UX / Research to define and execute discovery strategies.
