Summary :
We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Work From Home Scheduling Assistant to join our Hospitality team. As a key member of the scheduling department you will be responsible for coordinating and managing appointments meetings and events for our clients.
This remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and update schedules for clients ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and team members
- Communicate scheduling changes and updates to all relevant parties
- Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and issues
- Provide administrative support to the scheduling manager as needed
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
