Our client is one of the largest non-profit OPWDD organizations in New York, specializing in care for IDD adult patients diagnosed with varying degrees of Cerebral Palsy.
The client is very flexible with scheduling, allowing RN case managers to start / stop their day for personal reasons if / when necessary, as well as setting their own schedule on a weekly basis, within reasonable day-time hours.
Job Function :They will not need to float among multiple houses in a single day.
- This is a hands-off nursing position where the candidate will be directing DSP's on how to care for the patients and not doing the hands-on care taking work themselves.
- Handle documentation on a regular basis.
Job Requirements :
- New York State RN License
- Willingness to work with IDD population and be flexible with scheduling
- OPWDD or Case Management experience required
