Enterprise IT Service Desk Analyst
A company is looking for an Enterprise IT Service Desk Analyst to support customers through Enterprise Desktop Administration services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform initial assessment, triage, research, and resolution of incidents related to application software and infrastructureResolve and / or assign incidents using the ESM tool, documenting all troubleshooting steps takenMaintain working knowledge of network connectivity, workstations, client-server systems, and enterprise applicationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field;
- orAssociate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field with 1 year of relevant experience;
or2 years of current and progressive work experience in supporting customers and troubleshooting IT-related technical issues
