We are seeking Insurance Producers to join our team in Morris, IL! In this role, you will work in your local communities to help people manage risks, and recover from unexpected events by guiding State Farm's products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, that best enable them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about Property & Casualty and Health & Life insurance options.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service (i.e.Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification)
Requirements :
- Licensed insurance producer or in progress of obtaining a license (Property & Casualty, Health & Life Insurance)
- Previous Insurance experience
- Able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Proactive in problem-solving
