Front Desk / Client Services Associate - IV Nutrition Boynton Beach

IV Nutrition Boynton Beach is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk personnel to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive and informative experience at our Boynton Beach location.

About IV Nutrition :

IV Nutrition is a leading provider of intravenous (IV) hydration and vitamin therapy, offering personalized wellness solutions to optimize health and well-being.

About the Role :

  • Welcome clients and answer questions about our services
  • Schedule appointments, manage client intake forms, and ensure accurate medical information is collected
  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care
  • Uphold company policies and procedures
  • Assist in taking payments and checking clients out

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and put clients at ease
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail oriented approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Docs
  • A passion for health and wellness
  • WEEKEND availability. This is a WEEKEND only position with a possibility to grow
