The Opportunity :
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be an integral part of our PB&F team and play a crucial role in strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing financial reports, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing analytical support for special projects and initiatives.

Success Criteria & Deliverables :
- Hands-on involvement with month-end close within 3 months
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Effectively communicate financial insights to cross-functional teams
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting techniques
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making
What We Need From You :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
- Professional designations (CFA, CPA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Power Query, Power BI, VBA, and related tools is highly desirable
Financial Planning and Analysis :
- Leading financial planning and analysis with regional business partners
- Collaborating on planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles
- Driving high-impact strategic and operational initiatives
- Providing financial insights to support decision making
- Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support business initiatives
Financial Reporting :
- Preparing and distributing financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary
- Ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SOX regulations
- Conducting technical accounting research and documenting internal controls
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting
Process and Strategy :
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing efficiency enhancements
- Participating in projects to automate processes and increase efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess financial performance and identify optimization opportunities
