Regent at Burnsville, a Cassia community, is hiring a Cook to join our team in Burnsville, MN! This is your opportunity to join a solid, stable, and a fun team that will support your career growth. As a Cook at Regent , you will partner with the Dietary Manager and Regional Dietitian to plan menus. You will use your creativity to make culinary delights using fresh, high-end ingredients. Your passion for cooking nutritious and appetizing meals will be highly valued by our residents. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience and is comfortable following recipes and dietary guidelines.

Position Type : Full-Time

Shifts Available : Sunday - Thursday

Sunday and Monday 10 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm

Tuesday - Thursday 6 : 00 am - 2 : 00 pm

Wage Range : $21.50 - $25 / hour depending on experience

Location : 14500 Regent Lane, Burnsville, Minnesota 55306

Cook Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional service to residents by providing fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
• Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards.
• Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
• Observe and report on resident change of condition or changes in ability.
• Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
• Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
