Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up is growing at an exciting pace! We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team on a part- or full-time basis , and complete kitchen remodeling projects in homes across the Fredericksburg & Stafford communities.

We are seeking career-minded remodelers or construction professionals who are willing to learn new techniques and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.

Responsibilities

• Report to Operations Manager
• Complete daily tasks assigned by Team Leader
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in team vehicle
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Perform with attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install various types of trim and molding to include, but not limited to, crown, scribe, outside / inside corner, shoe, quarter round, etc.
• Able to install function and decorative hardware
• Safely operate power hand tools including an impact drill and driver, miter saw, table saw, router, nail gun, and others per the daily scope of work
• Interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site

Benefits and compensation will vary depending on the skill-level and experience of the applicant, and based on whether the installer works part-time (1099) or full-time (W-2)

Compensation : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
