Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across native platforms, discovery ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
Analyze campaign data and run A / B tests to optimize performance
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of ad messaging with landing pages and funnels
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, Taboola, Outbrain, or similar platforms
Proven success in scaling ad campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $50K
Strong understanding of lead generation tactics for high-ticket offers
Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in analytics tools
Knowledge of the DeFi, crypto, or financial education space is a plus
