What You'll Contribute
The Senior Associate, Quality Assurance will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement quality practices across the organization and support continuous improvement in quality processes.
You will also be responsible for conducting quality audits and identifying and addressing quality issues proactively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and experience in a regulated industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and maintenance of quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards an procedures
- Conduct quality audits and lead the corrective action process as needed
- Identify and address quality issues and risks proactively
- Support the development and implementation of quality metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to the organization on quality-related matters
What you have
Minimum education, skills and experience required.
- Knowledge of quality systems and processes
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred education, skills, and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or Science)
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or related field
