Strategic Account Manager
3D Cloud is looking for a passionate Strategic Account Manager who will help 3D Cloud ensure the long-term success of our clients.
The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for account management for an existing large retail client. They will need to have the ability to make judicious recommendations in an effort to contribute to the growth of their client’s technology solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create and present at the executive level are requirements for this role.
Dedication to quality, accuracy, timeliness and teamwork are key factors for success in this position. This individual will also work between clients and the 3D Cloud team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
This position is based out of Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities and Duties Be the single point of contact for 3D Cloud clients and be responsible for the successful integration, growth, support, and retention of that client.
Be accountable for the overall health of the client relationships Identify, define, forecast, track, and report on key account performance metrics Identify and nurture revenue growth opportunities for existing enterprise clients Act as the client liaison to the client and project team during the development stages of a client project discuss progress, timelines, budgets, and business rules Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders Must be able to work with various team members and deliver feedback in a positive, supportive manner Escalate issues appropriately and effectively when necessary throughout the organization Ensure that all deliverables to our clients are met Conduct and participate in training sessions that support client programs Build and maintain relationships with client key stakeholders Partner with sales and marketing to maintain a strategic account plan for each client Provide ongoing service and support for your assigned clients Qualifications and Skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent 3 years of experience in managing digital / technology recommendations, strategies, and solutions for enterprise-level clients 5 years of experience selling and / or delivering client-focused solutions based on customer and market needs Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both part of and within cross-functional teams and independently Excellent interpersonal skills, including extremely strong written and verbal communication Self-starter with a strong ability to identify and solve problems Exceptional listening, negotiation and presentation skills Travel may be required for this position Comfortable working remotely as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with home improvement retailers Successful history of creating and driving net new business sales Passion for AR / VR industry and / or Digital Retail Retail and / or Consumer Products Goods vertical knowledge Project Management and SPRINT planning experience Company Overview 3D Cloud is the leader in retail product visualization.
