Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound calls from members and providers regarding pharmacy benefits and prior authorizationsProvide explanations of copays, coverage phases, and assist with billing informationRecord calls accurately and maintain quality and quantity standardsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1-3 years of call center or customer service experienceExperience in the healthcare industry is preferredAssociate degree is preferredNational pharmacy technician certification is not required
