HMG provides a broad range of physician services in offices conveniently located throughout Western Massachusetts. Services include adult primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, and walk-in care.
Our Chicopee Primary Care Physician Practice is seeking an experienced Office Assistant#to coordinate and carry out all administrative functions for the office, including but not limited to providing administrative support to physicians / providers, greeting patients, checking for updated demographic and insurance information, at check-out collecting encounter form, co-pays and any additional appropriate fees, scheduling follow-up appointments and accurately entering outpatient orders into the Medical Center#s Order Entry System.
REQUIREMENTS : # High School Graduate; experience working with third party payers and working knowledge of ICD-9 and HCPC coding preferred;
